Stressless Royal recliner by Ekornes in the Large size, upholstered in tan leather and paired with the classic round walnut-stained wood base. This model offers a wide, supportive back, a roomy seat, and the smooth, effortless glide that Stressless chairs are known for. The chair is in good condition overall, with light markings and staining from normal use. The leather is soft and comfortable with no tears or major damage. The recline mechanism works, but the hand knobs no longer hold the chair firmly in a locked position. This is common on older Stressless models and is usually fixed by replacing the small friction pads, which cost about $15 online if you’d like the chair to lock fully upright or fully reclined. Comfortable, sturdy, and ready to enjoy as is, or simple to fine-tune if you want the locking feature restored.
