*In order to safely ship these cooktops via Fedex or UPS, we will need to open the packaging and secure the grates in place to prevent damage. These cooktops were originally shipped on pallets via freight so the freight packaging doesn't take account for the fact that these ranges can be flipped over during Fedex/UPS shipping. To protect from this, we secure and wrap all components and grates, we all ship the box in an additional double walled box for extra protection. This appliance will be fully insured for the shipment!
